Plumbing Repair Services

  • Clogged toilets, toilets that won’t flush, leaking toilets, etc.

  • Leaking or malfunctioning water heaters

  • Changing a faucet or other fixtures

  • Repairing shower cartridges or converting from a 3-handle fixture to a single-handle, etc.

  • Restoration and preservation of historical fixtures in old homes

  • Garbage disposal installation and replacement

  • Snaking clogged drains or pipes

  • installation of rough plumbing for additions or new construction

  • Leak detection and tracking

  • Whole-house water filtration system installation, maintenance, and repair

  • Reverse Osmosis system installation and maintenance

  • Whole-system inspections and maintenance offered at a flat rate!

Emergency Services May Include:

If you or someone else in the home lives with mobility challenges or chronic illness, and is only able to access one toilet, and that toilet is broken, please let us know! We care about our neighbors and the community at large.

Standard Flat-Fee Services

  • Toilet pull, reset, or replacement for a standard two-piece toilet:
    $300 + $50 disposal fee for old toilet

    • The cost to pull, reset, or replace a single-piece toilet, including disposal, is $425.

  • Snaking floor drain/shower drain:
    $250

  • Snaking a Mainline (up to 100 ft): $350

  • Standard Frost-Free Silcock (spigot) Replacement or Installation:
    $250

  • Annual total system check-up: $150

  • Water heater inspection, flush, and refill: $150
    (Suggested annually in the City of Saline.)

We accept checks, cash, credit or debit cards, Venmo, and ApplePay for payment.
