Standard Flat-Fee Services

  • Toilet pull, reset, or replacement for a standard two-piece toilet:
    $300 + $50 disposal fee for old toilet

    • The cost for the pull, reset, or replacement of a single-piece toilet is $425, with disposal.

  • Snaking floor drain/shower drain:
    $250

  • Snaking a Mainline (up to 100 ft): $350

  • Standard Frost-Free Silcock (spigot) Replacement or Installation:
    $250

  • Annual total system check-up
